Terms of Use

Last updated: August 27, 2026

These terms are deliberately simple, because Moncha Memory is too, at this stage — we're in early pilot, testing the idea with a small group of people.

This is a lightweight draft intended for the pilot phase, not a document reviewed by a lawyer. It will be formally reviewed before any wider public launch.

What this is

Moncha Memory is a beta-stage product. It may have bugs, change from one day to the next, or become temporarily unavailable while we keep testing the idea. We'll let you know if something important is going to change, but we can't guarantee continuous availability during this phase.

Who can use it

You need to be old enough, under the law of your country, to agree to these terms (generally, at least 16 years old, or a guardian's consent if your country requires an older age).

Your content

The photos, notes, and links you save in Moncha Memory are yours. By using the app, you give us permission only to store them and show them to the people you choose to share them with — we don't use them for anything else.

Acceptable use

No guarantees

As a beta product, we don't guarantee everything will always work correctly. We recommend not relying on Moncha Memory as your only copy of anything important during this phase.

We may pause or end the pilot

While we're in early pilot, we may decide to pause or shut down the service. If that happens, we'll give you reasonable advance notice and you'll be able to request deletion of your data — see our privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update this document as the product evolves. If a change is significant, we'll tell you before it applies.

Governing law

These terms are provisionally governed, during the pilot, by Spanish law — subject to confirmation with formal legal advice before any public launch.
